Events

Annual Fall student-only school festival during school hours that includes games, snacks and crafts.

• Donations come from parents and each class is responsible for some aspect of the festival.
• All parents volunteering on campus MUST have clearance.

Our annual Winter Celebration with shopping, crafts, music, theatrical performances and more. Open to the community on the first Saturday of December. Each class contributes to make this a magical gathering with wonderful vendors, plus Illuminations for your holiday shopping. Don't miss our second grade lantern walk to close out the event.  There will be desserts & beverages available for purchase, as well as live entertainment. And don't forget to sign kids up to shop at the ever popular Children's Store, but grab your tickets at the door first! 

Winter Faire 

The Knit-a-Thon is a chance for our school community to knit or crochet  squares that will be assembled into blankets that are donated to the Sacramento Blankets for Sacramento Kids organization, and the Front Street Animal Shelter.

Our biggest annual fundraiser - an evening of food, drink, entertainment, auction items and community.
Earth & Vine 

This Spring event brings the community together to celebrate the diversity that makes our school great.

• Musicians and performers represent countries from around the world
• Classes host a craft or game booth and offer food bites from different cultures
• Vendors are invited to sell their cultural wares.
• The event is held under the beautiful shade of the Alice Birney Oak trees and ends with a folk dance.
• The event is complimentary.
